I forget how old I was — maybe ten. I was at a graduation party for a friend. Some old lady stops me and tells me about how much I looked like her son at that age. Then she called her son over to me and told me that that's what I would look like in a decade.
It took nearly every ounce in by being not to freak out in horror that I was going to look like that. Thankfully, I don't: baldness is catching up with me instead.

I am slowly stealing my mother's Tupperware. Every time that she sends food home with me, she puts it in a Tupperware container. She will never get those back.

I can remember one time when a close friend of mine described my greatest qualities. He listed loyalty as one of them. I was almost offended. I considered loyalty to be a vice, not a virtue. Loyalty, I felt, was a quality that blinded us to rational thinking.
Today, I'm seeing the truthfulness of how loyal I am.
This time, I'm liking it.
Quote to ponder: “Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.”

My name is Daniel. I do what any pissy, twenty-five-year-old child of the millennium does: I blog. I just kept doing out when it went out of style.
Also, I'm very vague.
