Every single person held at Guantanamo Bay is innocent. How do I know this? Here's how:

  1. It's a commonly held assumption that all people are “innocent” of a crime until they are “proven guilty in a court of law”.
  2. In order to be proven guilty in a court of law, there must be a trial.
  3. Not a single person held at Guantanamo Bay has gotten a trial.

Conclusion: innocent.
